Position Description:
The Youth Ministries Coordinator (KYMC) will be responsible for the development and oversight of all youth ministries with the goal of youth becoming devoted followers of Jesus Christ. The KYMC is charged with the responsibility of growing youth ministries in meaningful ways. The KYMC will attend Sunday worship services, stay current with youth ministry practices by reading and attending youth leadership conferences.

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position purpose is to provide Anew Center Residential and Non-residential clients with childcare for appointments and caregiver rest and support services (support services might include assisting with some children in the family while the mother/caregiver tends to another child in shelter, provide interactions and activities for families such as reading circles, trips or outings away from the shelter).
Completes intakes, assists with discharges, completes paperwork as needed. Works closely with adult residents. Provides orientation to the program. Reviews program rules, policies and procedures with clients. Reports rule violations, injuries, and incidents to assigned worker and management –both verbally and in writing via the special report (must be completed by the end of their scheduled shift).
Rate of pay is $14.00/hr
Corps facilities, including program areas used by GAINS must be clean (daily cleaning of bathrooms, discard trash daily, etc.) Work with After School Director in making sure facilities is compliant with DOH regulations.
To provide cleaning services and maintenance assistance for Corps and occasionally other building areas.

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
Pathway to Recovery/ POH is an innovative, holistic, client-centered approach to helping families impacted by the pandemic and those that desire to break the cycle of intergenerational and chronic poverty, effectively improving social determinants of health as well as quality of life and health outcomes. The position involves outreach, working with families in their homes and in the community, and linkages to community resources to build, establish and maintain stability.
