The Program Evaluator & Clinical Social Work Consultant is a key role serving as the Eastern Territory’s social work expert and provides a variety of professional services and social work related support to the field including, but not limited to, evaluating social services/ministries programs in accordance with The Salvation Army National Social Services Standards, provide written best practices, develop plans and timelines for programs to meet all required social service standards, review program policies and provide professional feedback and consultation on a variety of program areas including program proposals, support and implementation of appropriate program policies, staff wellness and professional development, general social work guidance and training relating to clinical social work and non-clinical social work-related subjects.

The Social Ministries Department at the Eastern Territorial Headquarters has an opening for a Systems Administrator supporting the Pathway of Hope (POH) Program. This program is designed to be a high-impact case management approach that focuses on identifying the root causes keeping families from becoming self-sufficient. The program focuses on families with children in an effort to impact generational poverty.
The Systems Administrator is responsible for oversight of the system setup and modifications, system administration and supervision and user training of the client data management system, CommunityServices, a web-based data system, and its case management protocols. The Systems Administrator will work collaboratively with the Pathway of Hope Coordinator (team leader) and the POH staff, to support the implementation of POH objectives. The Systems Administrator is responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data collection system and case management processes and ensuring that system procedures and protocols are followed, properly reported, and documented. This individual is the primary developer of training materials and responsible for POH and Community Services workflow training of Territorial, Divisional and Corps staff. The Systems Administrator will establish goals each year, in consultation with the Assistant Territorial Social Ministries Director, for presentation to the Territorial Social Ministries Secretary.

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Case Manager position exists to assist in providing services for the Domestic Violence/Rape Crisis Program of The Salvation Army Anew Center in Chautauqua County. Greet and assist customers/donors with respect and courtesy. Accept/help bring in donations to the appropriate locations. Sort, size and hang donated items. This includes pricing various items as needed. Move donated items to sales floor when ready for display. Maintain the cleanliness of the sales floor, dressing rooms and staff bathroom. Operate the cash register. This includes counting down/balancing the register at the end of each shift.
