The Summer Performing Arts Instructors will assist the New Jersey Arts Department with the preparation and operation of the faith-based, traveling programs NJ Arts on Tour and the NJ Music and Arts Camp. The instructors will act as teachers, stagehands, and program coordinators.
Provide overall leadership and direction for recruiting, training, and encouraging local officers and other lay leaders in the Division. The Leadership Development Director will be expected to spend time at the Corps during the week and weekends, including Sundays. The Director must become intimately aware of every Corps in the command regardingcurrent and potential lay leadership.
