This program helps homeless, pregnant and parenting adolescent girls, ages 16-21 and their children.   The Shift Available:  On-Call, As Needed The Shift hours and days will vary but we do need Tuesday's for 8 hours.  The On-Call Resident Manager is enlisted to cover work shifts that become available due to current staff who are not available to work their assigned shifts. We know ahead of time the shifts that need coverage, however, should a staff member become unable to work their assigned shift at the last minute, we will ask our On-Call staff to cover. This position will provide structured therapeutic and supportive activities for residents, and is responsible for maintaining the safety and security of the facility.

This includes the preparation of necessary journal entries and initiation of funding and wire transfer requests.
