Scope of Position:
The Welcome Desk Associate is responsible for fostering a warm, inviting experience for our guests and

This position will also provide general administrative support, including selling and verifying membership program registrations through the CCMS/POS/Traction Rec system, communicating membership plans and available programs, providing facility information as requested, answering and routing incoming phone calls, opening/closing the safe and Kiosks (when scheduled), and contacting members whose membership has lapsed.

Provide quality maintenance service and repairs to the CFOT campus/community in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, painting, plastering, machine servicing, small engine repair, and minor electrical and ground maintenance. Under the supervision of Aquatics Management, the Swim Instructor will teach swim courses per Kroc standards and policies. The Swim Instructor will advise and promote Kroc Aquatics programming to members, guests, and external contacts. They will also evaluate students' progress, provide feedback, complete attendance, progress, and accident reports, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
Under the supervision of the Aquatics Leadership Team, Lifeguards will monitor activities, observe, and provide assistance to swimmers, prevent accidents, protect lives, enforce regulations, and control access to pools, family locker rooms, and lockers. Lifeguards will provide first aid when necessary and assist with the implementation of aquatics programs. This position is also required to assist with general facility maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
