Reporting directly to the Food Services Manager, the cook is required to work to ensure excellence in the cooking of food items, assure proper cleaning and sanitation, as well as superior organization within the food services coolers, freezers and storage areas, and provide excellent customer service to all clients. This position is a 32 hour week (4 days/week) position at $17-$17.30 (based on experience/qualifications). Currently the schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays, but this schedule is subject to change.

The Sanitation & Hospitality Assistant plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming corps building that is consistently up to standard with local health department inspection codes. The Maintenance Assistant is responsible for ensuring the overall upkeep, cleanliness, and safety of our building. This position focuses on performing light repairs and routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, replacing knobs, and handling basic handyman duties. The Maintenance Assistant will also be responsible for ensuring that both the interior and exterior of the facility remain in good condition and in compliance with local Health Department codes and safety regulations. This includes seasonal tasks such as snow removal, sidewalk clearing, and occasional support with donation pickups.
