Scope & Purpose of Position: Assist the supervisor with the operation of The Salvation Army’s housing programs. Provides supervision, reporting, and support services to clients in a low-barrier residential facility that promotes a Housing First philosophy. Facilitate an emotional and physical environment that enhances positive client morale and stabilization. Supervise housing staff and on-call coverage in the absence of the Housing Program Coordinator.

Scope & Purpose of Position: Case management within the Pathway of Hope is a process by which skilled helper partners with a family with a desire to take action to plan for and achieve realistic goals over time (i.e., attaining self-sufficiency). This comprehensive and holistic case management approach extends beyond providing relief, a one-time service, or meeting urgent needs. Case managers walk alongside their clients and accompany them from start to finish. Serves as a primary point of contact, assisting clients in coordinating necessary services and resources to address the client’s complex needs. Case management relies on the clients to play an active role in their development.

Prepare meals for divisional events and provide direct supervision for on-call and seasonal lodge staff and volunteers. This position requires the employee to live on-site at the CONNRI property.
