EMERGENCY DISASTER SERVICES - Work with The Salvation Army’s disaster services team upon request - Support EDS trainings to field with requested materials, tracking registrants, and coordinating with training location - Participate in Divisional EDS meetings including quarterly Operations calls, EDS Commissions, and Tri-Divisional planning sessions with meeting minutes. - Act as POC for EDS department re: resource requests to field (Ex: water, hygiene kits, extra food supplies, etc). - Have working knowledge of National EDS database, and provide basic information to new EDS volunteers when requested - Participate in EDS trainings and events as approved by both Service Extension and EDS Directors - Submit Corporate Credit card information on behalf of EDS Director - Liaise with Finance Dept. regarding requests and submission of documents, invoices, and approvals on behalf of EDS Dept. - Provide current updates to Service Extension, Advancement, Social Services, and other necessary departments during active response on behalf of EDS Dept.   All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
