Under the supervision of the Aquatics Leadership Team, the Lead Lifeguard will be responsible for the supervision of the Aquatics facility in conjunction or in absence of the Aquatics Managers. Responsibilities include maintaining adequate coverage of all pools and ensuring a safe environment while monitoring the condition and cleanliness of the pools and pool areas.

The in-residence rehabilitation program focuses on basic necessities with every man or woman being provided a clean and healthy living environment, good food, work therapy, leisure time activities, group and individual counseling, and spiritual direction. All our effort is focused on developing life skills and a personal relationship with God through Jesus Christ. The Head Teacher supports the Childcare Director by helping to create a caring and safe environment for the children and assisting in activities to improve the overall care and quality of education.
