The position will require extensive knowledge of deploying and maintaining Salesforce and effectively applying that within an enterprise level non-profit environment to meet business needs including processing millions of transactions. This role serves as an advanced Salesforce expert with a solid and deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, and effectively applies that knowledge to the collaborative team process with the territorial Director of CRM and the Associate Director of MDM. The IT department is responsible for integration between Salesforce and the Data Warehouse as well as all aspects related to data security.
