The QIDP works within an ICF (Intermediate Care Facility) to ensure each client's active treatment program is integrated, coordinated, and monitored. Provides supervision, reporting, and support services to residents residing in the Family Caring Center. Help with residents’ by giving support and encouragement in achieving their goals. Under the supervision of the Aquatics Leadership Team, Lifeguards will monitor activities, observe and provide assistance to swimmers, prevent accidents, protect lives, enforce regulations, and control access to pools, family locker rooms, and lockers. Lifeguards will provide first aid when necessary and assist with the implementation of aquatics programs. This position is also required to assist with general facility maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.
