GENERAL PURPOSE OF JOB: The Divisional Lay Leadership Specialist will provide leadership and direction to the recruiting, training, and encouragement of local officers and other lay leaders in the Division. The Lay Leadership Specialist will be expected to spend time in the field during the week as well as Sundays.
