The Resident Aide ensures that the residents’ basic needs are met, and that the daily operations of the program are instituted in a manner consistent with the philosophy and policies/procedures of the program and agency. The position provides awake staff coverage for all shifts of the residential program, monitoring residents and assisting in clerical/data and billing reporting responsibilities, household management tasks including facility cleaning, laundry and other duties as needed.
