Manage the nursing care of individual, including determining the need for immediate physician attention, the execution of medical orders of the physician or dentist and the coordination of the individuals nursing care in relation to routine facility activities and the individual’s comprehensive treatment plans. Program Manager should have a comprehensive knowledge of community resources, OPWDD regulations, and related fiscal issues, have a thorough knowledge of the individual’s personal goals, preferences, and needs.
