Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Resident Assistant will provide support to shelter residents and create a hospitable and safe environment in the Men's shelter. The Group Leader III will serve in a support role to the Corps Officers, under the direct supervision of the Program Directors. They will be intimately and integrally involved in the daily operations of the School-Age Child Care program and the carrying out of its mission.
The Group Leader III may be assigned to a designated group of children and/or a specialized activity, as determined by the Program Directors.
Group Leader II will serve in a support role to the Assistant Director/Site Supervisor, under the direct supervision of the Program Directors. They will be intimately and integrally involved in the daily operations of the School-Age Child Care program and the carrying out of its mission.
Group Leader II may have oversight responsibility for a designated group of children and/or a specialized activity, as assigned by the Program Directors. They may also be responsible to exercise a measure leadership over other employees assigned to them.
The Group Leader I will serve in a support role under the direct supervision of the Program Director. They will be intimately and integrally involved in the daily operations of the school-Age Child Care program and the carrying out of its mission.

The Care Manager II is responsible for independently enrolling a minimum of 3 cases per month (36 cases a year); Provide follow-up services to meet the client’s needs and tracking for their caseload. Case load volume will be determined by the Administration of HIV, Health Home and Behavioral Services, adjustments to case load will be made according to agency need. Must use discretion and independent judgment in exercising duties.
