This position will be a signee/approver/coordinator within the Proposal Database, as well as Child and Adult Care Feeding Programs/Child Care Fiscal Authority and Emergency Food and Shelter program databases. Maintain physical copies and electronic records of contracts and proposals. - Work with funding agency representatives to ensure that The Salvation Army’s interests are protected in the agreements and that the terms and conditions of the agreements can be met by local operating units. - Maintain ongoing review of contracts, to ensure compliance with standards. Update and distribute contract compliance timelines and checklists to act as a procedural guideline for use by field locations. - Assist in the collection of necessary program statistics and staffing information to provide the level of detail required in the Uniform Financial Report. - Assist with and review the completion of yearly United Way, Project Bread, Child and Adult Care Feeding Program (CACFP), Emergency Food and Shelter Program (EFSP) and Department of Early Education applications, contracts and reporting requirements. - Assist the Divisional Director of Social Ministries with contract audits and Programmatic Corps Reviews. Consult with other DHQ Departments to ensure that appropriate IT, Finance, HR and Social Ministries standards are maintained. Collaborate with the Advancement Department to create, develop and maintain positive relationships with funders and community/government representatives.
