To work with the Thrift Store Manager and other thrift store employees/volunteers in the general operations of the thrift store
Within policy guidelines established by the Board of Directors, the terms of the Purchase of Service Agreement, and licensing requirements, the Director is responsible for overall administration and supervision of the total program of day care services to families and children. These responsibilities shall include coordination and supervision of all program components, such as intellectual growth of young children, preventative health and social services, nutrition, staff development, community outreach, parent involvement in program operation, fiscal management and accountability, office and facilities management. In order to effectively carry out these overall responsibilities, the Director shall consider, confer and consult with other supervisory staff members of the center in arriving at decisions affecting areas in which these persons may be specialists.

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Pathway of Hope and Social Ministries Licensed Case Manager Coordinates and oversees the Social Ministries and the Intensive Case Management provided to families through the Pathway of Hope Program thus helping them break the generational poverty cycle that many of them suffer.
Pathway of Hope (POH) is an innovative, holistic, client-centered approach to helping families break the cycle of intergenerational and chronic poverty, effectively improving social determinants of health as well as quality of life and health outcomes. The POH strategy involves outreach, working with families in their homes and in the community, and linkages to community resources to build, establish and maintain stability. POH Case Manager will be responsible for the provision of long term (up to 2 years) intensive case management services to families with minor child(ren), who are living in inter-generational, chronic poverty, and who have demonstrated interest or desire to take action. POH services will be provided through the distribution of Rapid Rehousing housing assistance program.
