Salary and Grade:  $14.50 per hour; 73 Non-Exempt   Position Overview: The 21st Century Learning Zone Site Leader will serve in a support role to the Corps Commanding Officers at the Philadelphia West Corps.  This position possesses limited independent autonomy.   Working directly under the supervision of the Corps Commanding Officers, the Site Leader will supervise programmatic aspects of the year-round West Philadelphia Learning Zone Program, including participant recruitment.  The Site Leader will serve as an advisor to the Corps Officers on matters of personnel management, fiscal management and program development.   Also the Site Leader will work with the Corps Officers and the Director of Compliance & Education Programs for Greater Philadelphia to ensure complete administrative compliance for internal and external entities.
