The Youth Discipleship Coordinator is responsible for the development, promotion, and administration of youth Christian Education programs focusing on specifically Sunday School, Junior Soldiers, and Corps Cadets. Leadership will be given in ministries and events initiated and conducted on a territorial level, while support is provided for divisional and corps programs. Areas of leadership can be divided into three main components: 1.) Coordinating Christian Education Ministries, 2.) Christian Education resource review and development, and 3.) Direct ministry to children.

Schedule: Monthly - 8 hours for upkeep and maintenance, additional hours for emergency response.
Function: Provides emergency response to events representing The Salvation Army marked vehicles. Maintains EDS facility and equipment.
The Sr. Music Producer oversees the creation and production of music for the USA Eastern Territory. This involves consulting and advising with composers/arrangers, engravers, producers and project managers regarding music publications business and creative concepts. The Sr. Music Producer also edits, composes, arranges, and orchestrates music for publications, concerts, recordings, and special events. The position embodies two jobs: Editor/Proofreader/Production Manager and Composer-in-Residence. The Editor portion organizes and implements the production schedule for all music publications ensuring each individual publication is prepared to schedule and in good quality. The composer-in-residence portion entails writing new music for the USA Eastern Territorial Music Ensembles (ETSS, NYSB, UnBound) and publications as requested by the Territorial Music Secretary.
The Bilingual Specialist provides supportive and direct intensive case management services to the homeless families residing in the Shelter. The Bilingual Specialist assesses the client’s needs and jointly develops a collaborative plan that addresses those needs. The Bilingual Specialist prepares the client for self-sufficiency and independent living and supports their transition back into the community. The Bilingual Specialist engages all clients and conferences with them when issues of noncompliance are identified. The Bilingual Specialist organizes case conferences and ensures that their clients are actively involved in their discharge planning.
Kingsboro Men’s Shelter MICA Program is a 143-bed facility located at 681 Clarkson Avenue; Brooklyn NY where homeless men are provided with comprehensive services to facilitate their transition into a stable housing situation. The role of the Housing Specialist is to assist program participants to locate, secure and maintain appropriate permanent housing by ensuring clients apply for entitlements and complete the necessary evaluations for completion and submission of an appropriate housing package.

About the Red Shield Family Residence: The Salvation Army Red Shield Family Residence is a safe and welcoming emergency housing program offering loving, respectful, compassionate, and non-judgmental services to empower residents to strive towards self-sufficiency. All family configurations, including families with teenaged children, and single men with children are accepted. Primarily, we serve young mothers with infants and single mothers with school aged children.
Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Case Manager provides case management services to the Men’s Shelter clients during their temporary stay at Booth Haven. Assists in oversight of Resident Assistants. This is part time position (25 hours per week). The hours are as follows:
Monday 7 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
Tuesday 12:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

Scope & Purpose of Position: Assist the supervisor with the operation of The Salvation Army’s housing programs. Provides supervision, reporting, and support services to clients in a low-barrier residential facility that promotes a Housing First philosophy. Facilitate an emotional and physical environment that enhances positive client morale and stabilization. Supervise housing staff and on-call coverage in the absence of the Housing Program Coordinator.
The Program Director will work with the Staff in managing the program in adherence to the New York State School-Age Child Care regulations, as well as government contracts. He/she will monitor and support his/her staff and implement student curriculum activities. Familiarity with the student population served is essential.

SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for the overall implementation, development, and management of a comprehensive social services program that meets community needs in the city of Schenectady and Schenectady County. Responsible for the day-to-day delivery of services and management of the food pantry, emergency/direct client assistance, and special holiday assistance. FUNCTION:
The Donor Relations Assistant will play an integral role in the development of efforts assisting the Donor Relations Director in managing a major donor portfolio. This includes research, communication and general office procedures. This position requires the utmost confidentiality, accuracy, computer skills, the ability to multi-task, and a heart to help those in need.
Classification: Full-Time, Exempt, 40 hours/week, Typically-Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6:30 pm. (8:30-4:30-Summer Day Camp, 8:30 am-5:00 pm when learning center is not in session)
Salary: $47,800
Job Focus: The position provides administrative leadership to the Learning Center program, including supervision of one after school learning center site, supervision of learning center after school and summer program staff, oversight of lesson plans, writing of some grant applications, curriculum, and reports as requested, fiscal program oversight, program evaluations, oversight of recruitment efforts and maintenance of positive relationships with Columbus City Schools, area schools, and other community partners.
