Function: The Social Ministries Project Coordinator is responsible for screening, assessing and servicing clients for the Share the Light, Summer Camp, Adopt-a-family, Sweet Cheeks, EFSP, Food Pantry programs and any other special projects/events in the Social Ministries Department.

SCIIEDULE: Regular Work hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. with scheduled breaks.
Summer work location is Camp SWONEKY (May-August).
FUNCTION: The Administrative Assistant to the Divisional Youth and Candidates' Secretary processes divisional loans, scholarships, youth activities, registrations, candidate files and troop information. Employee communicates to Corps Officers, candidates, the Territorial Youth Department and Candidates Department. Employee is responsible for all paperwork for campers and staff at Camp SWONEKY. Employee assists in the USDA Summer food program and provides necessary documentation for financial reports. Employee is a Vital member of the Youth Department team.

FUNCTION: The DSM reports to the DOGC. The DSM will work within all aspects of social service ministries in Greater Cincinnati. Responsibilities will include the supervision of emergency and seasonal assistance programs and Pathway of Hope; and development, expansion, and improvement of social services delivery consistent with Salvation Army policy and applicable regulations; budget planning and implementation; personnel management; recruitment and training of staff; program evaluation, and implementation of appropriate program policies. This is a highly functioning position which will ensure delivery of professional social services throughout the Greater Cincinnati area that are consistent with the holistic Mission of The Salvation Army. It will be necessary for this highly skilled professional to take direction from the Director of Operations for Greater Cincinnati and able to work within a team environment.

FUNCTION: This position is responsible for budget preparation, general forecasting, maintenance of the accounting system, preparation and analysis of monthly finance reports, the general oversight of area finances and to ensure compliance with policy, contracts, and grants. Position requires responsibility to maintain the financial integrity of The Salvation Army Cincinnati Area Services.

SCHEDULE: Part-time. Must be available to be on-call for human trafficking emergencies as scheduled.
FUNCTION: This position is responsible for responding to hotline and crisis response requests as a part of a 24 hour emergency on call schedule.

Job Focus: . The Jobs 2 Housing program aims to assist homeless families into affordable, safe, and stable housing in accordance with the Housing First model. The program targets adults with high employment barriers and responds through a unique approach that includes rental subsidies combined with intensive home-based case management and linkage to job training.
Service knowledge for this position includes the following social service case management skills: referral/linkage to community resources, advocacy, negotiation, data entry, networking, documentation, budget planning, understanding of landlord-tenant law, understanding of career development strategies, crisis intervention, and case plan goal development and monitoring. The Team Leader also provides administrative support and leadership for the Jobs 2 Housing team, including training of program staff and interns, approval of direct client assistance requests and referrals, data accuracy review, and case consultation support to the case management team.
