DEPARTMENT: Social Services, Anti-Human Trafficking Program
REPORTS TO: Director of Operations for Greater Cincinnati
SUPERVISES: Supervise Anti-Human Trafficking Case Advocates, other AHT Staff, and interns.
STATUS: Non-Exempt
SCHEDULE: Part-time; Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 8:30am-4:30pm
FUNCTION:
This position is responsible for the implementation of the Anti-Human Trafficking Program in the Greater Cincinnati area.

• Oversee the Anti-Human Trafficking Program in the Greater Cincinnati area.
• Provide direct services through the management of the Well Drop-In Program and comprehensive care for victims of sex and labor trafficking, to include:

o Coordination with the partner agencies for referrals to support the victim in leaving the trafficking situation and receiving needed services.
o Utilization of Salvation Army and other resources to ensure that the victim’s basic needs are met, including clothing, food, and hygiene products.
o Development of a safety plan and a service plan in coordination with the victim.
o Provision of case management to help the client achieve the goals outlined in the service plan. Although plans will vary based on individual needs, these activities may include but are not limited to permanent housing, legal assistance, working with law enforcement, ESOL, employment, counseling, linkage to benefits.
o Linking survivor with resources for ongoing care.
o Maintenance of accurate and timely case notes.
o Timely completion of reports.
• Support the coordination and share the responsibility of participating in outreach programming, as appropriate.
• Serve as the Coalition Manager for End Slavery Cincinnati, to include:
o Continuing and expanding existing ESC efforts.
o Convening regular coalition meetings and preparing minutes.
o Participating in statewide anti-trafficking efforts.
o Coordinate community response to gaps in services to victims and awareness in the community.
o Participate in public awareness and education efforts.
• Provide supervision to Anti-Human Trafficking staff persons, including case advocates and other staff as applicable. Supervision is to include:
o Onboarding and professional development

o Oversight of case planning and ensuring case advocates are providing trauma-informed services
o Supporting staff in ethical decision making and evaluation of mandatory reporting options
o Oversight of case records and documentation.
• Prepare program reports as needed for funders, Salvation Army statistics, etc.
• Coordinate with other departments as a part of program management, including Development and Finance for the
raising and management of funds, respectively.
• Complete other tasks and duties as assigned by supervisor.

• Master of Social Work, preferred.
• Bachelor’s in Social Work or other Bachelor’s degree in related field, required.
• Experience providing comprehensive care for survivors of human trafficking and/or other victimizations.
• Experience working with local, state and national anti-trafficking coalitions and efforts.
• Ability to secure and maintain driving privileges in Ohio and maintain car insurance.
• Willingness to uphold and support The Salvation Army’s mission and ministry.
