FUNCTION: To assist with the operation of camp facilities during group rentals in the dining hall, Chamberlain and other areas of camp as needed.
Responsible for coordination and implementation of in-house programming, including assessments, goal planning, evaluation of daily progress, monthly resident reviews, monitoring recreational programs, seeking community resources, maintaining trip log for van use. The Program Director will work with the Staff in managing the program in adherence to the New York State School-Age Child Care regulations, as well as government contracts. He/she will monitor and support his/her staff and implement student curriculum activities. Familiarity with the student population served is essential.
Under the direction of Corps Officers, the security and maintenance personnel help to ensure the building properly cleaned and sanitary for staff and visitors into the building. Maintain the Chapel clean and in order.
REPORTS TO: Anti-Human Trafficking Crisis and Intake Specialist
SUPERVISES: None.
STATUS: Non-Exempt.
SCHEDULE: Part-time. Must be available to be on-call for human trafficking emergencies as scheduled.
FUNCTION: This position is responsible for responding to hotline and crisis response requests as a part of a 24 hour emergency on call schedule.
The Corps Custodian position exists for the overall upkeep of the building and grounds of The Salvation Army property. This includes insuring that a safe and clean environment exists for all activities.
