Under the direct supervision of the Director of Social Services, the Program Manager is required to assist in the administration, management, and supervision of the Hope House Women’s Shelter and Genesis House Youth Shelter Programs.
Under the supervision of the Hope House Program Manager, the Resident Assistant will assist in the domestic management of the shelter and provide supervision, guidance counseling and support for its residents.
The Homework Counselor works under the supervision of the Corps Officers (CO), promoting social, emotional and physical development of children enrolled in the program, while completing homework tasks from school. The Counselor is responsible for leading and overseeing all recreational/educational and homework activities of children enrolled in the program. Must be available from 3:30 p.m.- 6:30 p.m, Monday through Friday. This position runs from September through June, at which time the Homework Counselor can be considered for our Summer Program Counselor from July to August.
