Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Resident Assistant will provide support to Hope House residents and create a hospitable and safe environment in the shelter. This position is Saturday and Sunday 6:45 a.m. - 3:15 p.m.
Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Resident Assistant will provide support to Safe Haven residents and create a hospitable and safe environment in the shelter. This position is Saturday and Sunday 2:45 p.m. - 11:15 p.m.
Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Case Manager provides case management services to Hope House Women’s Shelter clients during their temporary residence at the shelter. 35 hours per week (Mon-Fri – 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. – one day per week scheduled for later start date in order to see clients in the early evening)
Reporting directly to the Facilities Manager, the Facility Worker performs miscellaneous custodial duties required to keep buildings neat and clean. This position is 25 hours week (Mon-Fri 7:00 a.m. - noon)

This is an On-Call position, filling in for part/full time staff and open shifts. Must be able to work at least one eight hour shift per month (potential for more hours) and cover at least 2 holidays per year.
