SCOPE AND PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The purpose of the Office Manager is to provide the Corps Officers with administrative support that enables the officers to freely minister and be involved in the community. The Office Manager is responsible for the day to day operations and management of the office staff. This includes staff supervision, scheduling, reporting, Kettle Manager Maintenance & input, and corps communications under the direction of the Corps Officers.
The Kitchen Assistant is a full-time prep cook position and involves part-time dishwasher responsibilities. Prep duties will involve basic tasks like cutting vegetables/fruits, breaking down proteins, making sauces/dressings and other various support tasks on an as needed basis. The position of the dishwasher is to clean all dishes, surfaces and maintain the organizational and sanitation needs of the kitchen. The Navigator Manager will act as the main point of contact for NY State of Health and Child Health Plus/Medicaid in the community.
