Position Overview:
This position has major responsibility for billing of all services to all funders for the Developmental Disabilities Program. This includes tracking of Units of Service for all services provided, ensuring records are properly signed off on and approved through channels prior to billing of services and ensuring any compliance checks are performed. This position must utilize/have familiarity with a variety of databases in both Pennsylvania and Delaware, including internal client-based databases which track services such as Core Solutions, Total Record, Therap, etc., as well as state billing databases such as PROMISe, EDS, HCSIS, (Medicaid billing) etc. Must also follow up on all issues around billing, including communicating with funders on an ongoing basis to resolve problems. In the Accounting area, this position is involved in maintaining the record keeping of the DDP Department’s accounting ledgers through the analysis of its accounts. Ensures proper compliance with all county contracts, invoices, bills, coding and all revenues received from both Counties and Residents. Compiles data for attendance tracking, revenue received and other information, as directed by Supervisor. Collaborates with DDP Accountant about all activities necessary for the proper accounting of HUD 811 properties as relates to HUD regulations and financial oversight.
Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Case Manager provides case management services to the Men’s Shelter clients during their temporary stay at Booth Haven. Assists in oversight of Resident Assistants.
This is a Monday-Friday position, 5 hours per day
The Care Manager provides outreach and enrollment services to children presumed to meet eligibility requirements of New York State’s Children Health Home program. The Care Manager gathers assessments and enters documentation that confirms eligibility and identifies areas requiring supportive services. They work with children, families, and service providers to create a comprehensive Plan of Health Care, identify additional service providers as necessary, and coordinate the continuing involvement of families and service providers in the execution of the plan. The Care Manager documents progress and arranges for eventual transition between health homes as necessary, or from health homes to other levels of service following changes in eligibility.

Overview: The Salvation Army of the Syracuse Area was recently awarded by the Department of Justice a grant to provide Functional Family Therapy to those "at risk" individuals between the ages of 11 to 18 with the overall goal to drive the reduction of "Gang Violence" within the Syracuse Community. It is an honor to be selected and we are seeking an individual to be a "trustworthy go-between", with ties to the community in which they will work, who has the drive, knowledge and compassion to connect with this "at risk" group of Youth in our community.
As an FFT-CW (Functional Family Therapy-Child Welfare) Case Planner II you will receive evidence-based training from FFTLLC consultants as well as ongoing consultation regarding working with at risk families and youth through the FFT-CW lens and utilizing the interventions of this model. You will be taught how to motivate families for change, assess family patterns, implement specific and individualized behavior change plans to address referral problems and relevant risk factors, and generalize changes in multiple systems. Working with a caseload of 10-12 families, the goal is to increase protective factors, while also reducing the risks associated with family safety, and prevent the need for out of home placement of children.

Support the Divisional Director of Music, Media Ministry, and Internal Special Events with the development and growth of music and creative arts education, ministry, and leadership throughout the Massachusetts Division. Responsible for the coordination of music instruction at the local corps level. This job description is not all inclusive. It is intended to identify the essential duties of the position. - Serve as the lead music teacher to the corps in the Massachusetts Division. The person in this position should be actively teaching in the field no less than three weeknights per week during the program season of September through May.
