Scope & Purpose: Provide comprehensive case management services to survivors of human trafficking. Serve as the primary point of contact for survivors in coordinating necessary services and resources to address the survivors’ complex needs, including but not limited to emotional and mental health, housing/shelter, employment, medical, legal, and other supports. Participate in weekly street outreach, program planning, drop-in center, and community education. Operate within program budget and funds; serve as a liaison for the program; and fulfill all administrative program requirements, including submission of progress reports and data entry.

The Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Store Supervisor to oversee all aspects of Salvation Army stores operations and management.
Work as the full-time nurse for Decade and Millennium and provide overall and supervision to all nurses and programs regarding their all aspect of medical care in conjunction of OPWDD and The Salvation Army DDS programs. Adherence to applicable regulations and review of resident progress as appropriate. The Nursing Supervisor is also responsible for the quality assurance process which includes routine audits of medical records, to ensure all medical compliance are met and the programs are audit ready. The Nursing Supervisor will also work with department heads, staff, residents, and family members on setting goals and developing plans of correction to improve quality of medical services, quarterly meeting and training of the nurses are completed timely.

Employee communicates to Corps Officers, candidates, the Territorial Youth Department and Candidates Department. Employee is responsible for all paperwork for campers and staff at Camp SWONEKY. Employee assists in the USDA Summer food program and provides necessary documentation for financial reports. Employee is a Vital member of the Youth Department team.

About Reed House:Reed House provides housing and supportive services to single adults with histories of drug and/or alcohol abuse, serious and persistent mental health issues, and physical disabilities. Our services are available to single adults who have lived in Philadelphia's emergency housing programs, transitional housing programs for homeless persons, those who come from institutions such as substance abuse treatment facilities and inpatient mental health programs. The QIDP works within an ICF (Intermediate Care Facility) to ensure each client's active treatment program is integrated, coordinated, and monitored. The QIDP works directly with individuals and paraprofessionals, nonprofessional and other program staff who work with individuals. They must be able to participate as part of the interdisciplinary team in relevant aspects of the active treatment process. About Booth Manor: The Salvation Army operates two senior citizens residence apartment complexes in Philadelphia, exclusively for senior citizens aged 62 years or older and who qualify under U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) guidelines as being low income. Booth Manor is one of those residences and is an independent living facility which provides individual apartments to seniors (individuals or couples), as well as comprehensive supportive services. Tenants at The Salvation Army senior housing units pay 30 percent of their adjusted gross income for rent, and HUD pays the balance. On-site social services programming provides an array of activities, and case management interventions, which support older adults to remain self-sufficient.
