We are currently seeking a part-time, 24 hour per week, Resident Manager for the Barnabas Center's Transitional Independent Living Program.
This position is responsible for providing a variety of structured therapeutic and supportive activities for homeless youth and young adults (ages 16-24) who are part of the Barnabas Center's Transitional Independent Living Program.
The Barnabas Center provides advocacy, assistance and role models for high-risk youth, ages 10-21.The primary focus of is to provide a safe and supportive program site where high-risk youth are given an opportunity to learn and perfect the skills necessary to transition from childhood to young adult.

Function:
The Arts Instructor will provide instruction for group or one on one classes within the Arts Department. Instructors will be responsible for the education and training of students in the disciplines of Music, Dance, Drama, and/or Fine Art under the guidance of the Arts Manager.
The After School Counselor is responsible to supervise a group of students, along with a Program Attendant, during activities, teach literacy and other classes in the areas of arts, STEM and recreation, maintain daily attendance records, incident reports and progress reports, provide discipline and structure for students in the group, comply with all safety policies and procedures, communicate with the After School Coordinator daily regarding any issues related to students, parents or staff.
