Rehabilitation Professional, Youth and Family The Salvation Army Syracuse Area Services, Syracuse, New York Family Services Department   Overview of the role of the Youth and Family Rehabilitation Professional:     The role of a Rehabilitation Professional is one of multi-components that can include interventions such as case management as well as other functional supports.  In this role you will provide services that are goal-directed and include solution-focused interventions.  The goals and solutions are intended to address challenges associated with a behavioral health need and achieve identified goals or objectives as set forth in the child’s treatment plan.  Any activities that you would provide are intended to stabilize the child/youth in the home and natural environment.    Position Details:  Currently, there is one position available.  It is Part-time, up to 20 hours per week, however, it will fluctuate because it is based on client need.
