Reporting to the Clinical Supervisor of the Program, Clinical Supervision is provided on a consistent and regular basis.The Licensed Clinician provides office and/or community-based clinical services to Youth with a current behavioral health diagnosis or at-risk of a behavioral health diagnosis. This position allows the employee the option to work from home at certain times when they are not visiting children in their home.
The ages of the children range from 0-21. The goal of our Clinical services is intended to help prevent the progression of behavioral health needs through early identification and intervention. We may also provide these services to children/youth
in need of assessment for whom behavioral health conditions have not yet been diagnosed.

The Resident Aide position assures a quality service to everyone who comes into the program. This position provides emotional support, information and referral to community services, and creates a warm and safe environment for the residents. The Resident Aide ensures that the residents’ basic needs are met, and that the daily operations of the program are instituted in a manner consistent with the philosophy and policies/procedures of the program and agency. The position provides awake staff coverage for all shifts of the residential program, monitoring residents and assisting in clerical/data and billing reporting responsibilities, household management tasks including facility cleaning, laundry and other duties as needed.
