The Care Manager will be required to document all contact related to client’s case in an electronic health record and monitors the need for additional interventions based on client need.

The Resident Aide position assures a quality service to everyone who comes into the program. The Resident Aide ensures that the residents’ basic needs are met, and that the daily operations of the program are instituted in a manner consistent with the philosophy and policies/procedures of the program and agency.
