The Operations Coordinator manages the House management staff reporting to their respective shelter facility.  They also manage the flow of people in and out of the facility and ensure the safety of all clients and staff as well as compliance with all facility rules and regulations.  A Operations Coordinator assumes the operational management of the facility in the absence of another manager on site.
