FUNCTION: Responsible to provide overall leadership and direction to the recruiting, training, and encouragement of local officers and other lay leaders in the Division. The Leadership Development Director will be expected to spend time in the field not only during the week, but also Sundays. The Leadership development director will need to become intimately aware of every Corps in the command with respect to both current and potential leadership.
