The House Manager will cultivate a safe, trauma informed, and secure environment that promotes emotional and intellectual growth and development of its residents. The House Manager will conduct biweekly team meetings, participate in clinical meetings and provide on-going supervision to staff. The House Manager will regularly review policies and procedures, manage the 24/7 hotline and maintain on-going connections with outside providers. This is a grant funded position and relies upon the continuation of funding.
