FUNCTION: To maintain all assigned areas to a high level of cleanliness, order and health standards.
Under the direction of the Aquatics Manager, the Assistant Aquatics Manager (AAM) will assist with all day-to-day operations of the aquatics center and the administration of programs. The AAM will also help with the supervision, training, and development of the aquatics staff & associated work schedules. The AAM will coordinate the pool use schedule of various programs (ex., private swim lessons) and activities and complete routine clerical and administrative tasks, all while ensuring timely and effective communication concerning aquatics center activities and programs.

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 9:00 am–2:30 pm
The Shift Supervisor manages the flow of people in and out of the facility and ensures the safety of all clients and staff as well as compliance with all facility rules and regulations. A Shift Supervisor assumes the operational management of the facility in the absence of another manager on site and responds to all emergencies.

The Facility Rentals and Events Coordinator will be responsible for engaging with rental prospects, showing venue rental space and working with rental clients to facilitate an optimal rental experience. Ability to work on weekends is essential, as many rentals occur on the weekend. Develop and maintain effective cross-departmental relationships to coordinate resources for event needs. This individual will also coordinate in-house events hosted by the Kroc Center
