REPORTS TO: Anti-Human Trafficking Crisis and Intake Specialist
SUPERVISES: None.
STATUS: Non-Exempt.
SCHEDULE: Part-time. Must be available to be on-call for human trafficking emergencies as scheduled.
FUNCTION: This position is responsible for responding to hotline and crisis response requests as a part of a 24 hour emergency on call schedule.
Work as the full-time nurse for Decade and Millennium and provide overall and supervision to all nurses and programs regarding their all aspect of medical care in conjunction of OPWDD and The Salvation Army DDS programs. Adherence to applicable regulations and review of resident progress as appropriate. The Nursing Supervisor is also responsible for the quality assurance process which includes routine audits of medical records, to ensure all medical compliance are met and the programs are audit ready. The Corps Custodian position exists for the overall upkeep of the building and grounds of The Salvation Army property. This includes insuring that a safe and clean environment exists for all activities.
The Cook/Food Service Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day Food Service Operation at the New Rochelle Salvation Army Corps Soup Kitchen and Food Pantry. This person must perform duties including but not limited to preparing meals in large quantities, picking up food products from donors, menu planning, inventory control and coordination of the volunteers who provide service.

Manage the nursing care of individual, including determining the need for immediate physician attention, the execution of medical orders of the physician or dentist and the coordination of the individuals nursing care in relation to routine facility activities and the individuals’ comprehensive treatment plans. Responsible for overall medical, dental, and nutritional care of all OPWDD individuals residing in the facility. Adherence to applicable regulations and review of resident progress as appropriate.
