SCHEDULE: Regular Work hours: Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. until 4:00 P.M. with scheduled breaks. Summer work location is Camp SWONEKY (May-August)

Schedule: Part Time (Thursdays 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM). Program runs from September to June
Function: Provide music and arts instruction in a group or individual environment at beginning and intermediate level. Maintaining a controlled, positive, healthy and productive learning environment.

FUNCTION: The Salvation Army Learning Center Lead Teacher will coordinate the daily operation of the SALC School Age program year round.

FUNCTION: The Salvation Army Learning Center Assistant Two’s Teacher will assist the lead teacher in planning and coordinating the daily operation of the SALC Infants/Ones/Twos classroom.
REPORTS TO: Responsible cooperatively to the Corps Officer and Emergency Assistance Coordinator.
SCHEDULE: Full Time (Temporary)
FUNCTION: This position is responsible for Emergency Assistance Services at the Cincinnati Westside Worship and Service Center location. Services performed by this position include assessing the basic needs of low income individuals and families, providing assistance in the form of food, financial assistance, vouchers for in-kind items such as clothing and furniture, and linking participants to services that will help stabilize their crisis. This position will conduct registration for camp, seasonal programs and all stabilization courses offered by the Emergency Assistance program. This position will work in harmony with the Corps Officer to carry out The Salvation Army’s mission and ministry.
REPORTS TO: Emergency Shelter Supervisor
FUNCTION: To monitor the guest in emergency shelter, ensure the safety of all guests, intakes when needed, clean rooms when guests leave the shelter, maintain confidentiality of all guests.

Reports to: Franklin County Housing Program Manager
Overview: The Salvation Army in Central Ohio is seeking a full-time Direct Housing Case manager. The Direct Housing Program aims to assist homeless families into affordable, safe, and stable housing in accordance with the Housing First model. The Direct Housing case management team provides short-term housing location and stabilization services, including financial assistance and intensive home-based case management.
Service knowledge for this position must include the following social service case management skills: referral/linkage to community resources, advocacy, negotiation, data entry, networking, documentation, strong organizational skills, strong communication skills, budget planning, understanding of landlord-tenant law, crisis intervention, understanding of career development strategies, and case plan goal development and monitoring.
