Supervises: Booth/Catherine Booth Residence Staff
Function: The Administrator is under the supervision of The Salvation Army Booth Residence Management Board. The Administrator is to establish policies and procedures, plan, direct and administer the management, occupancy, security, safety and maintenance of Booth/Catherine Booth Residence in accordance with sound business practices and meeting The Salvation Army, Housing and Urban Development, Ohio Housing Fiance Agency and City of Cincinnati Home Funds, requirements, standards and regulations.
REPORTS TO: Director of Social Ministries
This position includes both direct assistance service and administrative responsibilities. The EAC will provide leadership and oversight to the Emergency Assistance Program, while fulfilling the duties of an Emergency Assistance caseworker. The EAC will work in harmony with the Corps Officers to carry out The Salvation Army’s mission and ministry.

Schedule: 35 hours/Week Monday - Friday
Function: The primary responsibility of this position is to answer all telephone calls, greet tenants and visitors, record and post work orders, receive rents, sell postage stamps and store cards. Other duties include but are not limited to: assessing tenant concerns, scheduling recertification appointments, scheduling appointments with the Administrator and other clerical duties as assigned. The Receptionist will also assist the COS in the collection of 3rd party verifications in preparation for the initial certification and recertification process and place info in corresponding files.
The Salvation Army in Southwest Ohio is seeking candidates for a full time, 40 hour per week Anti-Human Trafficking Case Manager position. This position will provide outreach, emergency response and comprehensive community based case management for survivors of human trafficking and/or commercial sexual exploitation. Responsibilities include working with survivors of human trafficking to foster safety and empowerment, assess needs and develop a service plan. Additionally, this position will be responsible for implementing, monitoring and evaluating interventions designed to assist survivors in restoring their lives in case management, outreach, and The Well, drop-in program.
REPORTS TO: Anti-Human Trafficking Manager
SUPERVISES: Coalition Interns and Fellows. Street Outreach and Well volunteers.
SCHEDULE: Full-time. Must be available evening and weekend hours for training and outreach efforts.
This position will provide leadership and support to The Salvation Army Core Regional Coalition Partner fulfilling all duties outlined in the grant agreement, including those listed below. This position is also responsible for conducting direct outreach to victims of human trafficking, outreach and prevention education to youth and training for professional and community audiences.

FUNCTION: To monitor the guest in emergency shelter, ensure the safety of all guests, intakes when needed, clean rooms when guests leave the shelter, maintain confidentiality of all guests.

Function: The Corps Program Assistant will build corps programs, strengthen corps ability to grow memberships with the corps and aid the officer in the overall peration of the corps to assure efficient and effective operation of the corps ministry. This individual will also be responsible for exploring and implementing new program initiatives.

FUNCTION: This position is responsible for assisting with the holiday programs, specifically Adopt A Family and Toy Shop, both at DHQ as well as the distribution site.

SCHEDULE: Full-time. Must be able to respond 24/7 to human trafficking emergencies.
This position is responsible for providing 24 hour emergency response, when appropriate; crisis intervention, development and implementation of outreach programming.
