We are currently seeking a Part-Time, Two-days per week for Sixteen hours a Resident Assistant to join our team of eclectic caregivers.

Job Expectations:

  • If your schedule allows, you may be asked to help fill in on shifts when a current team member is not able to work or additional staff is needed on a particular shift/day.
  • We will also provide you with the Shelter schedule where you can view the shifts needing staff and select the shifts that best meets your own scheduling needs.
  • There are times when we may call you and ask if you are available to work a specific shift and this call could be in advance of the shift and/or the day of the shift.  It depends on the situation and why the shift is open.
  • Must be dependable and have access to reliable, consistent transportation.
  • Must be able to critically think through challenging situations and work collaboratively with shift members to problem solve.




  • High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or Technical School required
  • Associates degree preferred

Work/Internship Experience:

  • This position is trainable, we ask that you come with empathy and a willingness to help our clients.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to pass Drug Screen and Comprehensive Background Investigation
  • Physical capabilities to perform general maintenance and/or cleaning tasks
