The Salvation Army Call Center in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania is seeking courteous, professional, detail-oriented individuals to answer calls from donors.
Telephone Operators will provide information regarding the Vehicle Donation or Goods Donation Programs, record accurate information from donors, answer questions, and assist with donor paperwork.
The Call Center is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Part-time schedule only. Hours vary and can be flexible. Training is provided.
Telephone Operators must be able to use general office equipment (copier, fax, scanner, printer), have good command of the English language, and have excellent proof-reading skills.
