Schedule: Mon. - Fri: 8:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Scope & Purpose of Position: Assist in the COVID-19 Disaster Response of the Providence Citadel Corps, including the oversight of the food distribution operation. Participate in clients’ phone and in-person interviews and assistance as part of the long-term recovery response to the COVID-19 pandemic. Make referrals and conduct interviews for traditional Corps emergency social services assistance whenever needed and funding is available (clothing and furniture vouchers, rent and utilities assistance, etc.). Educate the community regarding the various social service programs of the Providence Citadel. Assist in productively developing and expanding the social service ministries programs of the Providence Citadel.
