Overview

Under the guidance of the Director of Property Services, provide both a range of administrative support services to the staff of the Property Services Department, and assist with the maintenance of accurate financial records and the production of Budget and Capitalization documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute Command Finance Council “green sheets” agenda items to the CFC Secretary
  • Prepare and issue correspondence to Territorial Headquarters, contractors or any other relevant parties
  • Prepare Final Revised Property Projects following consultation with Property Analysts and Finance Associate
  • Prepare Capitalization documentation for submission to Command Finance Council and Territorial Headquarters
  • Maintain Departmental filing system and file project documentation as required
  • Maintain Departmental time sheets and process bi-weekly Payroll documentation
  • Maintain orderly Departmental Architectural Drawings/Plan Library
  • Complete internal stationary supply requisitions
  • Process and distribute mail daily
  • Answer departmental phones and direct calls or take messages as required
  • As required, process property maintenance requisitions and related correspondences as required
  • Any other duties as may be required.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor’s Degree, with two years of experience in similar role within office environment, or b) four years of experience in similar role within office environment.
