The Assistant Social Services Director coordinates all aspects of administrative oversight for Social Services Administration at the Divisional Headquarters, including Contract and Compliance matters as well as fiduciary and personnel issues. Work is directly related to management policy and general business operations. Must use discretion and independent judgement, assure divisional documents from the field and DHQ; applications, contracts, Program Reviews (audits), agreements, etc. are processed through the correct channels; Coordination of EFSP applications, Uniform Financial Form coordination, and oversight of the DHQ electronic proposal data base system as regards Social Services. Provide required oversight, coordination and administrative duties to assure compliance, quality assurance and assure meeting regulatory requirements in conjunction with various Divisional Departments. Responsible for the client services data base management system for the collection and reporting required by funding sources.
This is a full-time, exempt position located at The Salvation Army’s Massachusetts Divisional Headquarters. The pay range for the position is $50,000 to $60,000/year.
