The main function of the Caseworker is to provide social services to clients seeking assistance. This position interviews, coordinates, and plans programs and activities to meet the various needs of clients by the utilization of local and state resources.
Bachelor in Social Work (BSW) or preferred Masters in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent
Must have 3-5 years of work experience in the social service field and case management
Have ability to work in an office with professional staff consisting of individuals with varying experience, competency and cultural backgrounds.
Have excellent computer skills and competency with Microsoft Office Applications and/or appropriate desktop applications.
Must have the ability to work and relate well with people.
Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
Bilingual is preferred
This position is full-time (35 hrs/week) and the pay range is $16 to $20/hr.
