    Position: Kroc Sales/Marketing Manager

     Location:  Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center (RJKCCC), Philadelphia PA

     Availability: Immediate

     Schedule: Full-Time; 40 hours per week; weekends and evening as needed within the scope of the position.

     Reporting Relationship: Primary: Operations Ministry Director; Secondary: Kroc Center Administrator

     Salary and Grade: $50,650-$63,000 depending on experience and education; 13 Exempt

    The Kroc Sales/Marketing Manager’s primary responsibilities include generation of interest by the community in center services, as well as the acquisition of new memberships outside of the center and  within the market area. The use of superior

    customer service and guest relations, innovative ideas and marketing and advertising skills are required.  Must be able to be flexible and support center sales team as needed and assigned, as well as support Welcome Center associates as needed.


    Bachelor of Science or equivalent in Sales and Marketing or related field.  Master’s degree preferred. Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in sales field. (2-3) years’ experience in management field preferred. Excellent sales, marketing, research and tracking skills required. Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills required. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English; proficiency in oral and written communication skills. Must have ability to work and relate well with people. Driver’s License with two or less violations (moving or accidents). Must pass the Salvation Army Fleet Safety Driver’s Test.  As a Mandated Reporter, must provide proof of having completed training on recognizing and reporting  child abuse meeting the training standards of PA Act 153 of 2014 within 30 days of employment with recurrent training required every three years thereafter. Meets the Child Protection Clearances required by PA Act 153 to include PA Child Abuse History Clearance, PA State Police Criminal Record Check and FBI Criminal Record Check. Must have an understanding of and appreciation for the Mission Statements of The Salvation Army and the RJKCCC.
