The Eastern Territory Headquarters (THQ) currently has an opening for a Sales and Marketing Manager within our Supplies and Purchasing Department.
This individual will manage and oversee the Salvation Army Trade Website, market all products globally, and manage consignments. The Sales and Marketing Manager should have a full understanding of The Salvation Army USA Eastern Territory (USE) market, market trends, and market segment and manage the profile of USE TRADE effectively. Solid understanding of all products and services offered from USE TRADE from Uniform Apparel to fundraising/volunteer supplies, to sheet music catalog, and SA recordings is needed.
Additionally, the individual will manage USE Trade relationships with Vendors, SA field units, and all THQ Department Heads. S/he will work in partnership with the Trade Secretary and serve as liaison between the Trade and Music Departments on any/all necessary projects, and assist the Trade Secretary in the planning and managing of music/arts copyright issues.
· Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university and three to five years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
· Supervisory experience preferred
· Valid Driver License.
· Salvationist preferred. Extensive knowledge of The Salvation Army programs and products, inclusive of global Salvation Army music catalog, recordings, and enterprises.
