    The Salvation Army is hiring a Case Manager in Fall River and offers the following benefit package to part-time employees:

    *This is a part-time position (29 hrs/week) and the pay rate is $18/hr* 

    The Case Manager provides case management services to a caseload of up to five (5) young women who are pregnant and/or parenting and who reside at Gentle Arms. Assure that case records are complete and up to date at all times. Provide direct care supervision of the program during assigned relief shifts. Responsible for the development and implementation of a comprehensive parent education and life skills curriculum for residents. 

    Qualifications 

    BA/BS degree in human services field preferred.  

    Experience working with children and youth required  

    Experience in interactive instruction with adolescents preferred 

    Training in parenting education/case management preferred  

    Must be able to assist parents with parenting tasks such as lifting (up to 40 lbs), transporting children, & facility upkeep.  

    Must have regular access to a car for emergency assessments, home visits, outreach, and professional networking  

    Must be able to drive or willing to learn how to drive a 12 passenger van. 

    Must be able to complete required First Aid/CPR and Crisis Intervention training.
