    Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 37.5 hours/week


    Schedule:  Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.


    Job Focus: Responsible for Columbus Area Services Corps bookkeeping and accounting records.  Provide support to the Fiscal Manager with some additional duties in the Finance department.


    • An understanding of and passion for The Salvation Army's mission
    • Associate Degree preferred. Accounting coursework or comparable accounting job experience required
    • Proficient in MS-Word and Excel Spreadsheets
    • Highly organized
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
    • A positive, contagious “can-do” attitude
    • Must have strong typing, telephone, computer and office machinery skills.
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
    • Team player
    • Valid Ohio Driver License and the ability to maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards
