    The salary range for this position is $55,000 to $60,000 per year.  

    The Kroc Human Resources Specialist is responsible for maintaining employee payroll records and performing other HR duties including but not limited to employee relations, performance appraisal, and training & development.  

    Qualifications  

    Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field  

    Certification in payroll a plus  

    Three (3) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience  

    Experience with Employee Relation Issues and Payroll required  

    Current working knowledge of applicable state and federal labor and employment laws  

    Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written & verbal)  

    Must be able to communicate in English  

    High level of confidentiality, discretion and judgment  

    Working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems  

    Strong PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel  

    Strong work ethic and team player  

    Ability to communicate with various levels of management in a professional manner
