SCHEDULE: Seasonal Full Time (days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays)
The Production Cook / Server will be responsible for the daily preparation and delivery of food for breakfast and lunch, including high levels of guest satisfaction, Point of Sale (P.O.S.) order entry, cash handling, retail, catering and internal events, equipment maintenance and overall cafe/kitchen cleanliness.
