    The Salvation Army's Ray & Joan Kroc Community Center is looking to hire a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will plan, develop, and execute a marketing plan for Kroc Center for the specific purpose of growing membership and increasing membership sales revenue and to promote the facility to outside groups. This position will work closely with the Massachusetts Divisional Headquarters marketing team. The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 per year.


    Qualifications
     

    Must have an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s degree preferred) in a field related to business, marketing, communications.  

    Must have three to five years of progressive and responsible experience in sales and/or marketing  

    Must have demonstrated success in sales or marketing of fitness, aquatic or other recreational or leisure facilities  

    Must have experience designing and executing a marketing plan including lead generation, win-backs, and financial and strategic planning  

    Must be well-versed in direct response mechanisms including direct marketing, digital campaigns and media campaigns  

    Must be capable of leading and motivating a marketing team (including consultants and vendors) to reach benchmarks and achieve goals.  

    Must have supervisory ability and people management skills.  

    Must have excellent computer skills, professional knowledge in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.  

    Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign and/or similar design applications.  

    Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production, etc.  

    Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.  

    Must be able to lift and carry 40 lbs.  

    Must have a valid Massachusetts driver’s license.
