Plans, manages, organizes and controls the food service department for the Harbor Light Complex while working collaboratively with others to accomplish the mission and goals of the Harbor Light Complex. Responsible for the adherence to all Federal, State and Local safety standards and regulations. Accountable for adherence to budget plans and participates in developing the food service budget.
